Our office consists of three hygienists, Kathy, Tiffany and Christy, an office manager, Kathy, and Tosha, Dr. Zeffery's assistant.

 

Kathy is a Registered Dental Hygienist, and has been with the practice since 1974. She is a Ferris State University graduate. Over the years Kathy has developed many bonds with the patients of the practice.  She does this with her wonderful personality and her honesty to the patient.  To her, that is an important part of providing excellent care.

 

 

Tiffany is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from the College of Lake County. She has been with Dr. Zeffery since May 2009. Tiffany is enthusiastic about helping to educate patients on the importance of their oral health.  

 

 

  

 

Christy is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Southern Illinois University and joined the practice in January 2011. Christy is an energenic addition to our staff and is avid about patients oral needs.

 

 

Kathy has been the Office Manager since January 1991. Her area of expertise is helping our patients with their insurance claims, scheduling appointments, and providing affordable methods of payment.  During her years of service she has established many personal relationships with our patients.  She is the person to go to if you have any kind of question.

 

 

Tosha has been assisting Dr. Zeffery since July 2005.  In her time here she has learned many different options and ways to help make patients more comfortable during their treatment.  She is always helping Dr. Zeffery provide optimal care for each patient as an individual.
